Account Registration and Security

  • Each individual is strictly permitted to hold only one account on 1win.
  • Creating multiple accounts, using false or stolen identity information, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination and confiscation of all funds and bonuses.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Financial Transactions

  • All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees or approved cryptocurrencies.
  • Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, in compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations.
  • 1win reserves the right to request KYC verification, including CNIC and proof of payment, before processing any withdrawal request.
  • 1win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking networks.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

  • All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are detailed on the bonuses page.
  • The maximum bet allowed while wagering a bonus is 500 PKR or currency equivalent.
  • 1win reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting, or the use of prohibited strategies.

Game Rules and Disputes

  • All casino games operate on certified random number generators. The results are final, mathematically random, and cannot be altered by 1win or the player.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction, such as internet disconnection or server error during a live game, the game round will be voided, and the stake will be refunded, unless the outcome was already definitively determined prior to the disconnection.

Limitation of Liability

1win provides the platform as is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the official Curacao eGaming dispute resolution process.
